Resina Partners is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the healthcare business in Italy for an international plastics distributor.

You will cultivate the existing Italian customer base and drive growth in Iberia, Benelux, and Turkey, with roughly 40% travel and fluent English and Italian required. The role combines strategic account development with hands-on market expansion.

Competenze

• Experience in medical/healthcare value chain in sales, BD or marketing.
• Knowledge of medical-grade plastics or materials a plus.
• Willingness to travel ~40% and operate across Europe.

Mansioni

• Cultivate and grow the established Italian healthcare customer base.
• Identify and develop new business at medical OEMs and brands in Iberia, Benelux and Turkey.
• Build relationships with decision-makers driving material specifications.
• Track targets and pipeline in CRM from initial handover through to handover to sales.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and customer presentations.
• Act as internal healthcare reference: sales training, case studies, product launches.
