Job summary

AIRS Medical invites a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead Europe partnerships. You will formulate sales and marketing strategies, manage a portfolio of partners, and drive growth across the region.

You will collaborate with distributors and reference sites, analyze market trends, and advance data-driven decisions. The role supports remote work with occasional travel and requires fluency in English and Italian or Spanish.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of business development and channel sales management.
• Fluent in English and Italian and/or Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple channel management at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details.
• Networking skills for building and maintaining relationships, generating leads, and expanding presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and close deals.
• Develop marketing strategies and oversee territory plans for Europe.
• Build partnerships with distributors and reference sites.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategies.
• Coordinate partner training and onboarding.
• Support sales process with meetings and negotiations.
