Responsibilities

• Develop market development strategies to accelerate adoption of Cranial & Spinal technologies across the region.
• Identify market opportunities, unmet customer needs, and emerging trends to support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define commercialization plans for new products, enabling technologies, and service offerings.
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare institutions, scientific societies, and academic partners.
• Drive customer engagement initiatives, educational programs, and awareness campaigns to increase procedure utilization and technology adoption.
• Partner with Medical Education teams to design and execute professional training pathways and customer development programs.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, customer insights, and business performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Clinical Specialists, Market Access, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Share best practices across the Europe organization and facilitate alignment between local and regional stakeholders.
