Job summary
Medtronic plc is seeking a Market Development Manager to expand Cranial and Spinal technologies across Italy, Switzerland, and Austria. You will lead market development strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of innovative cranial and spinal solutions in a multi-country environment.
The role requires deep clinical awareness, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth plans while navigating complex healthcare
Qualifications
- Experience in neurosurgery, spinal surgery, orthopedics, navigation, robotics, or digital surgery.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- At least 5 years in market development, business development, or commercial excellence in medical devices or life sciences.
- Fluent in English and Italian; willing to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and develop growth and commercialization plans across Italy, Switzerland, and Austria.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare institutions, and academic partners.
- Lead education initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects across Europe.
- Analyze market data and share best practices to drive adoption and portfolio expansion.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Clinical, and Market Access teams to execute strategies.
- Drive cross-country alignment and stakeholder engagement to accelerate uptake of Cranial & Spinal technologies.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to achieve market share and revenue goals.
