MyLime is an international technology company building Digital Product Passports (DPP) and related digital identities. We seek a Business Operations Manager to own and scale operations, working directly with the CEO to ensure priorities are executed efficiently across teams.

The role emphasizes startup experience, process discipline and the ability to coordinate Sales, Product, Technology and Finance while driving international initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Startup Operations, Sales Operations, General Management or related roles.
• Experience with startups, scaleups or fast-growing technology companies.
• Experience working closely with founders, CEOs or senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of business processes, commercial operations and organizational management.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, projects and cross-functional activities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily operations across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance and external partners.
• Translate company priorities into operational plans, clear responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monitor projects, client onboarding, implementations and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks, solve operational issues and ensure timely execution.
• Improve internal processes, accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure business continuity and effective execution when the CEO is traveling internationally.
• Coordinate and support our Business Development Representatives and international sales activities.
• Monitor commercial pipelines, lead generation, follow-ups and sales performance.
• Establish clear sales KPIs, reporting systems and accountability.
• Improve CRM adoption, lead qualification and opportunity management.
• Support the optimization and scalability of business development processes.
• Ensure effective coordination between Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
