Lime is hiring an Operations Associate to manage warehouse operations, coordinate mechanics, and oversee parts and inventory to keep our fleet ready for the road. The role requires onsite presence during business hours in Italy and a hands-on, data-driven approach.

You'll work cross-functionally with fleet, logistics, engineering, and product teams, set KPIs for performance, analyse data, and drive improvements to scale our processes for the future of mobility.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of professional work experience in Operations or similar roles.
• Experience leading teams or groups preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Warehouse management of day-to-day operations and mechanic staff across shifts.
• Monitor repair output and fleet availability to ensure high reliability.
• Set KPIs for productivity and provide coaching and feedback.
• Oversee parts and inventory management and ensure availability.
• Enforce safety, PPE standards and compliance.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with fleet operations, logistics, engineering and product teams.
• Analyse warehouse data and costs to identify improvements.
