MyLime is expanding and seeking a Business Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations, align cross-functional teams, and drive scalable processes. You will work directly with the CEO to translate strategic goals into concrete execution plans, optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery across Sales, Product, Technology and Finance.

You will bring 3–6+ years in operations within startups or tech, plus experience with CRM systems, dashboards and AI-enabled automation.

Formación

• 3–6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Startup Operations, Sales Operations, General Management or related roles.
• Experience with startups, scaleups or fast-growing tech companies is ideal.
• Experience working with founders, CEOs or senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operations and organizational management.
• Proven ability to coordinate teams, projects and cross-functional activities.
• Experience with CRM platforms, dashboards, project management tools and AI automation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily operations across Sales, Product, Technology, Finance and external partners.
• Translate priorities into operational plans with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monitor projects, onboarding, implementations and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely execution.
• Improve internal processes, accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure continuity and execution when the CEO travels.
