Job summary

Dunapack Packaging, part of the Austrian Prinzhorn Group, is seeking an accomplished HR leader in Castellarano, Italy. You will shape people strategy across the organization, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and building a high-performing team.

Lead talent development, organizational design, performance management, and HR governance. Drive compliance, employee engagement, and people-first practices in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years work experience in the production, B2B industry in HR.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior HR leadership role (e.g., HR Director, Head of HR, or VP of HR).
• Experience in a unionized environment and handling industrial relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & adapt HR strategy aligned with the business strategy.
• Ensure a common HR culture across all PCs in line with group guidelines.
• Lead HR functions, strategic planning, organization design & integration.
