Job summary

Antal International Network seeks a strategic HR leader to shape talent management and HR operations across a luxury hotel cluster in Italy. You will drive recruitment, succession, development, and culture, partnering with unions and sustainability teams to align HR with business goals.

You will lead performance management, compensation benchmarking, and HR readiness for pre-opening initiatives across Rome, Milan, and related properties, ensuring compliance and high guest excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, or Business Management.
• 5+ years in HR leadership within a cluster or multi-property luxury hotel.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• EU/EEA citizenship or right to work in Italy.
• PHR, SPHR or similar designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, succession planning and career development across the cluster.
• Lead performance management and turnover analysis to inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with Italian labor law, safety and HR filings.
• Drive HR readiness for pre-opening projects and coordinate with project teams.
• Manage union relationships and ensure alignment with local regulations.
• Coordinate compensation benchmarking and market-aligned adjustments.
