Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 or higher).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field.
• Relevant HR, payroll or employment law exposure.

• Coach and support Team Leads and Area Managers on HR topics.
• Serve as an HR contact for FC Associates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage employee cases and support investigations per local law.
