TheFork, part of Tripadvisor Group, is seeking a Manager of the Customer Product Success Team to lead CPS Trainers and Team Leaders across markets. You will drive training, adoption and partner success for restaurant partners and oversee culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Based in a flexible European setting, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing to build scalable programs, define success metrics, and ensure a best-in-class partner experience with KPIs

Qualifications

• 3-4 years driving SaaS adoption in hospitality.
• Experience with CRM/SaaS platforms.
• Strong people management and coaching.
• Customer-centric mindset with KPIs.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate CPS Trainers and Team Leaders.
• Set objectives and monitor performance through regular meetings.
• Develop the team’s skills through feedback and structured development plans.
• Drive training strategy and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with SalesOps, Product, Operations and Marketing.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
