Join Della Calza SPA & Foresteria in Florence as Head Bartender, leading bar operations and crafting signature drinks. You’ll work behind the bar with the team while shaping the cocktail program to reflect the property's identity.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, menu development, training of bartenders, and collaboration with events to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Strong mixology and leadership are essential, with Italian and English language skills favored.

Competenze

• Previous Head Bartender or senior bartender experience.
• Strong cocktail and mixology skills.
• Experience in cocktail menu development and signature drinks creation.
• Good knowledge of spirits, wines and beverage service.
• Ability to lead and train a bar team.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead daily bar operations and work behind the bar during service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages.
• Develop and regularly update the cocktail and beverage menu.
• Create and standardise Della Calza’s signature drinks.
• Define recipes, presentation and standards for the cocktail list.
• Ensure consistency across the bar team and coordinate service.
• Organise mise en place, bar setup and opening/closing.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and rotation.
• Train bartenders on preparation, service standards and new menu items.
• Collaborate with F&B and Events for beverage proposals at events.
