Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking a motivated Guest Services Intern to join the team for six months, starting in September. You will assist with guest transportation, arrivals and departures, luggage handling, and support for Reception and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless, personalized service.

The role requires a passion for guest experiences, attention to detail, and proficiency in Italian and English. A valid driving license is required.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

Greet guests, deliver luggage to room on check-in and collect luggage from room on departure.
Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
Assist customers in inquiries about hotel services, hours, events, directions, etc.
Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance.
Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
Support the shoeshine service; pick up shoes from guest room, clean and polish them and return them to the guest.
Maintain high cleanliness in the luggage storage room.
Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.
