Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to join our team in Florence. You will gain hands-on experience in hotel finance and support day-to-day operations of the Finance Department.

Working alongside the team, you will develop practical knowledge across General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, while learning about corporate standards, financial controls and local compliance. This is a full-time internship available from October 2026 for six months.

About the role

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a luxury hospitality environment, learning the fundamentals of hotel finance while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Finance Department.

Working alongside the Team, you will develop practical knowledge across General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Cashiering, while gaining exposure to corporate standards, financial controls, and local compliance procedures.
