Four Seasons Hotel Firenze in Florence is seeking a motivated Guest Services Intern to join the team for six months, starting in September. You will assist with guest transportation, arrivals and departures, luggage handling, and support for Reception and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless, personalized service.

The role requires a passion for guest experiences, attention to detail, and proficiency in Italian and English. A valid driving license is required.

Mansioni

• Greet guests, deliver luggage to room on check-in and collect luggage from room on departure.

• Assist customers in inquiries about hotel services, hours, events, directions, etc.
• Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance.
• Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
• Support the shoeshine service; pick up shoes from guest room, clean and polish them and return them to the guest.
• Maintain high cleanliness in the luggage storage room.
• Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Guest Services Intern to join the team, starting from September for six months. This role will support the team with guest transportation, arrivals and departures, including welcoming guests and assisting with luggage, as well as managing errands. The intern will also ensure high standards of cleanliness in guest areas, assist the Reception and Concierge teams, and respond to a wide range of guest requests, delivering a seamless and personalized service experience.

What you will do

• Greet guests. Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist customers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance.
• Provide guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions.
• Support the team with shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest room, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
• Provide a high level of cleanliness in the luggage storage room.
• Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.

What you bring
