Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a passionate and service-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead our Guest Experience Team in Florence. You will create personalized and memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring stays reflect the luxury and hospitality standards that define the Four Seasons brand.

This full-time maternity cover role (minimum 12 months) requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury hotel.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Fluent in Italian and English; an additional language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate the Guest Experience Team.
• Ensure policies and Four Seasons standards are applied.
• Oversee guest recognition programs and guest profiles.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals and room assignments.
• Maintain guest history records and loyalty opportunities.
• Identify training needs and coach team members.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and service trends.
