Sass Dlacia, a hospitality property in Bolzano, is seeking a dynamic and well-organised coordinator to manage day-to-day operations and support Management. You will act as a key link between departments to ensure smooth operations and high service quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, organising workflows, and maintaining a guest-focused approach with flexible problem solving.

• Experience in hospitality or operational/coordination roles.

Mansioni

• Oversee the daily operations of the property, coordinating and supporting the different departments.
• Work closely with Reception, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and other services to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Support Management with operational priorities, staff coordination, and day-to-day organisation.
• Handle operational issues, guest requests, and situations that require coordination across multiple departments.
• Ensure company standards are followed and help maintain high levels of organisation, safety, and service quality.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, work organisation, and the overall guest experience.
