Sass Dlacia in Bolzano invites a skilled and reliable Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and coordinate the kitchen brigade in daily operations. You will help manage orders, stock, and quality control to ensure consistency and efficiency across service.

Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in hospitality, knowledge of local seasonal ingredients, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and busy periods are essential. Foreign-language skills are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and support the kitchen brigade during preparation and service.
• Take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Prepare and check dishes according to recipes and company standards.
• Check the quality and correct storage of ingredients.
• Support the management of orders, stock and inventories.
• Help monitor food costs and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Support and train members of the kitchen team.
