Starhotels Cristallo Palace in Bergamo is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the friendly first contact for guests, managing check-in/check-out and supporting the team during night shifts.

You will respond promptly to inquiries, stay updated on hotel services and events, and ensure Front Desk standards and safety compliance while providing outstanding customer service. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with additional languages a plus.
