Starhotels Villa Michelangelo in Vicenza is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them on arrival and assisting throughout their stay. You will handle inquiries with warmth and professionalism in a fast-paced front desk environment.

Responsibilities include efficient check-in/check-out, managing guest messages, and keeping up to date with hotel services and events to deliver memorable experiences.

Competenze

• Experience in the role.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide information and assistance.
