Della Calza SPA & Foresteria in Florence invites you to join our Front Office team as a Front Desk Agent. You will be the first contact for guests, delivering a warm, efficient, and personalized welcome, and you will manage check-in/out and reservations.

The role requires a high school diploma or degree in tourism or languages, at least 1 year in hospitality, and strong English (B2) plus French or German (B2).

Competenze

• High school diploma or degree in tourism or languages is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in hotels of the same or higher category.
• Excellent command of English (B2) and French and/or German (B2+).

Mansioni

• Welcome guests with professionalism, courtesy and attention.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide detailed information about the property’s services, the city and local events.
• Manage telephone and online reservations through the property’s management software.
• Keep arrival and departure records up to date.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Handle complaints or special requests with quick and effective solutions.
• Ensure that the reception area and information materials are tidy and presentable.
