Starhotels in Rome is seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming first point of contact for guests at Hotel Michelangelo. You will manage arrivals, departures and daily front desk operations to ensure memorable stays.

Fluent Italian and English are required, with additional languages a plus. The role offers a structured CCNL Tourism Industry package with competitive base pay and per- diems, plus dining and staff benefits as part of the compensation.
