You will warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and share information about hotel services and local sights, while arranging transportation and guiding entrance flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, sophisticated welcome and farewell to guests.
• Assist with luggage handling, loading/unloading and in-room delivery.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide a brief orientation.
• Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
• Assist in arranging transportation and recording advance requests.
• Support in managing the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness and smooth traffic flow.
• Help with valet service, including vehicle inspection and guest notifications.
• Contribute to creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs.
