Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, part of Marriott International, is recruiting a Guest Arrival Expert/Bellboy Intern. The role supports doorman and bellman tasks, with a full-time schedule five days a week and a September start.

The internship offers growth opportunities within a luxury hotel environment, training from experienced hospitality professionals, and exposure to premium guest services in a historic Milan location.

Reporting to Lead Concierge the Intern will support both doorman and bellman tasks:

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in September.

Objectives and internship activities:

The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes the following activities, which the intern will carry out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy:

• Provide a warm and sophisticated welcome and farewell to guests.
• Assist with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, storage, and in-room delivery.
• Escort guests to their rooms when needed and provide a brief orientation.
• Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
• Assist in arranging transportation and recording advance requests.
• Support in managing the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness and smooth traffic flow.
• Help with valet service, including vehicle inspection and guest notifications.
• Contribute to creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs.

Candidate requirements:

• A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
• Great storytelling skills in English and at least intermediate Italian (both writing and speaking)
