AccessiBit is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer who can take a problem from understanding to delivery, not just ticket chasing. You will own solutions, apply sound technical judgment, and leverage AI as a practical tool in daily work.

You will work across frontend, backend and AI services, make technical and product decisions, spot edge cases, improve tooling and automation, and use Claude Code or Codex while staying in control of the result.

At AccessiBit we're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who can take a problem, understand it and see it all the way through.

We're not looking for someone who just works through tickets. We're looking for someone autonomous, with ownership, sound technical judgement and the ability to use AI as a real lever in their daily work.

• Work across frontend, backend and AI services
• Make technical and product decisions
• Spot edge cases and problems even when they aren't written in the task
• Improve the team's tooling, processes and automations
• Use AI coding tools every day

Stack

TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, AWS, pnpm/Turbo, GitHub.

You don't need to know all of it perfectly. We care much more about how you tackle new problems and how fast you can move.

We're looking for someone who

During the challenge you're free to use AI, documentation and online search. No LeetCode.
