At AccessiBit we're looking for a Growth Marketer who can figure out where growth is, test it and see it all the way through.

We're not looking for someone who just executes a content calendar. We're looking for someone autonomous, with ownership, a feel for numbers and the ability to use AI as a real lever in their daily work.

What you'll do

• Design and run growth experiments across the website, content and campaigns
• Own SEO and content (blog, landing pages, guides) with AI-powered workflows
• Launch and optimise paid campaigns against measurable goals
• Analyse the funnel, from first visit to customer, and find where to improve it
• Work with sales and product on positioning and messaging
• Use AI tools every day for writing, research and analysis

Stack

You don't need to know all of it perfectly. We care much more about how you tackle new problems and how fast you can move.

We're looking for someone who

• Has already grown a B2B product or service, with measurable results
• Writes very well in Italian (English is a plus)
• Reasons in hypotheses, tests and numbers, not opinions
• Would rather get a goal to reach than a plan to execute
• Communicates results, decisions and trade-offs clearly
• Automates repetitive work instead of putting up with it
