FBK is seeking a Growth Marketing Intern to support multi-channel campaigns and content creation for tender lifecycle solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Product and GTM teams to engage target accounts and build awareness across channels.

You'll gain exposure to content development, paid media, CRM workflows, and performance analysis, with mentorship and increasing ownership as you grow in a fast-growing field.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Italian required.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Management or related field.
• Strong written communication and ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
• Curiosity about markets, customers and businesses.
• Analytical mindset with data and performance metrics.
• Proactive, hands-on with ability to move from ideas to execution.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and concepts.
• Interest in AI, technology and digital tools for marketing workflows.

Mansioni

• Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, web, events).
• Create and adapt content for campaigns, social media, landing pages, newsletters and case studies.
• Research target markets, companies, buyer profiles and industry trends.
• Assist paid acquisition activities from set-up to optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales on account-based marketing initiatives.
• Organize and promote industry events, webinars and other customer-facing activities.
• Manage marketing lists, CRM data and campaign workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze contribution to pipeline.
