FBK Srl is seeking a Growth Marketing Intern in Milan to assist the marketing team in building awareness, engaging target accounts and contributing to pipeline generation. You will work across content, paid acquisition, events and CRM, gaining hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Product teams, learn to run multi-channel campaigns, and develop skills in account-based marketing and performance analysis in a fast-growing tender management

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Italian with strong written communication.
• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or related field.
• Clear written communication and ability to turn ideas into engaging content.
• Curiosity about markets, customers and business dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data and metrics.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to move ideas to execution.
• Experience with AI tools for research, content creation or automation.

Mansioni

• Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, web, events).
• Create and adapt content for campaigns, social media, landing pages, newsletters and case studies.
• Research target markets, buyers and industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Assist paid acquisition activities from setup to performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales on account-based marketing initiatives for priority accounts.
• Organize and promote industry events, webinars and customer-facing activities.
• Manage marketing lists, CRM data and campaign workflows for targeting and follow-up.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze impact on pipeline; test messaging and channels.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve research, content production and productivity.
