• Fluent English and Italian with strong written and verbal communication.

The team

You will join our growing Professional Services team alongside Business Analysts and the Account team, while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, UX and QA.

From day one, you will own well-scoped implementations from kickoff to rollout, progressing to more complex engagements as your judgement and confidence develop, with mentoring and a clear escalation path throughout.

The role offers a clear path toward becoming an Engagement Manager as you build deeper product, domain and stakeholder expertise.

AI is embedded in both our platform and the way we work, giving you the opportunity to help organizations rethink tender processes, reduce manual effort and make better decisions.

The work you'll do

• Own implementation delivery from kickoff to rollout, keeping scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks and next steps aligned
• Understand customer objectives, tender processes, implementation needs and adoption priorities
• Run the project cadence, including meetings, decisions, actions and follow-ups
• Coordinate customer and internal workstreams, making dependencies visible and addressing blockers with the right teams
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Product and delivery teams to keep customer needs and implementation priorities aligned
• Coordinate rollout readiness, including testing, training, user preparation and go-live activities
• Track progress and early adoption signals to identify risks, gaps and areas requiring attention
• Lead the transition to the Account team once adoption is stable, ensuring status, open points, risks and next steps are clearly carried forward
• Surface practical AI-enabled opportunities to streamline customer workflows and reduce manual work
• Capture feedback and lessons learned to improve Professional Services tools, templates and ways of working

The skills you bring

• Fluency in English and Italian
• 1-2 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, SaaS implementation, customer delivery or another customer-facing environment, including relevant internships or other early-career experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Confident written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization, with the discipline to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines and risks
• An ownership mindset and the initiative to move activities forward
• Sound judgement about when to act independently and when to seek support or elevate
• Fast learning and the curiosity to understand a complex product, business domain and operating environment
• Interest in AI, enterprise software and the role technology can play in transforming business processes
• Background in software implementation, digital transformation or process improvement
• Exposure to enterprise customers or complex stakeholder environments
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools used to coordinate activities, timelines and dependencies
• Knowledge of Life Sciences, Healthcare, tender management, bid management, procurement or related enterprise processes
• Hands‑on use of AI tools for research, analysis, documentation or workflow automation
