FBK is redefining how Life Sciences & Healthcare companies manage public tenders. As an Engagement Associate, you will own well-scoped implementations from kickoff to rollout, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, UX and QA.

You will engage with customers, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and drive adoption, with mentoring and room to grow. You will join our Professional Services team, benefitting from exposure to AI-enabled workflows, a fast-paced environment, and clear

Competenze

Fluent English and Italian with strong written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Experience in consulting, project management, or customer delivery is a plus.

Mansioni

Own implementation delivery from kickoff to rollout, keeping scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks and next steps aligned.
Understand customer objectives, tender processes, implementation needs and adoption priorities.
Run the project cadence, including meetings, decisions, actions and follow-ups.
Coordinate rollout readiness, including testing, training, user preparation and go-live activities.
Lead the transition to the Account team once adoption is stable.
