Jobgether SRL in Italy seeks a Product Growth Analytics Lead for Token Factory to shape monetization and growth strategies for a self-service platform in AI infrastructure. You will translate data into strategic recommendations affecting pricing, capacity, and product direction.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, Sales, and Operations to implement data-driven initiatives that enhance customer value and commercial performance.

• Strong commercial and product acumen balancing customer value, growth and monetization.
• Experience analyzing large-scale customer and usage data to drive decisions.
• Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Experience pricing, packaging, monetization for SaaS/cloud products.
