Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Lead Practitioner based in Italy to advise investors and technology leaders on high-impact product and technology decisions across EMEA.

You will assess product strategy, AI capabilities, market positioning, and growth opportunities throughout the investment lifecycle. Working closely with investment teams and portfolio executives, you will turn complex product and market information into clear, actionable insights.

Competenze

• 15+ years of product management experience in senior leadership roles such as Director, VP, CPO, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in B2B software or SaaS with international reach across EMEA.
• Proven track record shipping products at scale with ownership of strategy and cross-functional delivery.
• Hands-on AI/ML product leadership including strategy, build/partner/buy decisions, and data protection considerations.
• Ability to assess AI strategies with data assets, model dependencies, and realistic product plans.
• Excellent analytical skills using market data and competitive intelligence to form evidence-based conclusions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior, non-technical audiences.
• Extensive experience across enterprise software, B2B SaaS, and full product lifecycle.
