Lever, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Analyst (CX) based in Italy to own the product metrics framework and translate data into actionable insights. You will design, validate, and optimize experiments, ensuring reliable reporting and alignment with north-star metrics.

You will collaborate with Product and Data Engineering to uncover growth opportunities, analyze anomalies, and drive prioritization based on impact. This role offers a fully remote, international environment and strong growth potential.

Competenze

• A higher education degree in mathematics, statistics, CS, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and probability theory.
• Advanced proficiency in data extraction, processing, analysis, and visualization using MS SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Understanding of marketing and product metrics to evaluate performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with product and leadership.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with focus on data quality.

Mansioni

• Own and evolve the product metrics tree with clear, locked definitions.
• Validate metrics and dashboards and prepare specs for Data Engineering.
• Investigate fluctuations and anomalies with product leads.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to find bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Validate hypotheses through quantitative analysis and prioritize problems by impact.
• Design and analyze A/B tests with proper sample size, MDЕ, and guardrails.
• Define data-tracking requirements for experiments and instrumentation.
• Maintain an archive of experiments and actionable recommendations.
• Identify data-quality issues before decisions are made.
