Generali Italia is seeking a Group AI Discovery & Agentic Design Lead to define how Generali appears in AI-powered discovery and pre-sales experiences. You will shape GEO strategy, AI visibility and brand presence across emerging interfaces, collaborating with marketing, data, IT, legal and distribution to ensure accurate, safe, and commercially relevant experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, SEO, CX, AI product mgmt, martech or growth
• Strong SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search & LLM behavior knowledge
• Experience designing or managing conversational AI and pre-sales journeys
• Analytical mindset to define KPIs and link visibility to business outcomes
• Experience with cross-functional teams including marketing & IT
• Fluent in English; Italian or other European languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Group strategy for GEO, AI search visibility and brand presence across AI interfaces
• Build a measurable framework to track visibility, share of voice, accuracy, sentiment, and engagement
• Design target conversational and agentic AI experiences for pre-sales journeys
• Translate customer questions into content and experience requirements to improve discoverability
• Partner with Group stakeholders and local markets to scale AI visibility diagnostics and governance
• Work with Data & AI, IT, Legal, Compliance, Distribution and Communication teams to ensure safe, compliant, and brand-consistent AI experiences
• Identify and manage external partners and platforms for GEO tracking, AI workflows and analytics
• Create executive reporting linking AI visibility to brand consideration and customer value
