Job summary

CRIF is seeking an AI Delivery & Agentic Platform Manager in Italy to govern end-to-end delivery of Generative AI solutions, from ideation to production. You will oversee architecture, delivery patterns and ensure operational readiness across enterprise environments.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive adoption of reusable AI assets, and align with security and compliance requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI or Generative AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, Agentic AI systems, Multi-Agent frameworks.
• Experience with AI ecosystems such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Govern and oversee the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from use case assessment to deployment and support.
• Own and maintain the AI delivery roadmap with prioritization and risk mitigation.
• Define architectural standards and delivery patterns for Generative AI and MCP-based solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams during design, testing, and rollout.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, scalability, observability and operational readiness.
• Review architectures and risks before production deployment.
• Coordinate with platform, cloud, security, data, and operations teams for successful delivery.
• Establish development guidelines and quality controls for AI services.
• Drive production readiness activities including monitoring and incident management.
• Promote reusable AI assets and accelerators across teams.
