Siemens Mobility in Italy is seeking an experienced Italy Transformation Program Manager to lead a multi-year transformation migrating the Italian Grid Control portfolio to the global SP7/Gridscale X platform. You will define strategy, assess migration scenarios, and align stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio Management, R&D and strategic customers.

Competenze

Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
5+ years of experience in complex program management within critical infrastructure, utility, energy, SCADA, OMS, or Grid Control environments.
10+ years of experience in software product management, R&D, business development, or related technology leadership roles.
Proven track record leading large-scale transformation, modernization, or platform migration programs.
Strong understanding of Grid Control systems, SCADA, OMS, and mission‑critical software environments.
Experience working with software platform architectures, modernization initiatives, and service‑based solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across business, technical, and customer organizations.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

Leading the Italy Grid Control Transformation Program end-to-end, from strategy definition through execution and deployment.
Defining and evaluating transition scenarios based on risk, cost, scalability, business value, and strategic alignment.
Building business cases, migration roadmaps, implementation plans, and funding strategies.
Managing executive governance processes, including Steering Committees, decision forums, and program reviews.
Driving alignment between local Italian organizations and global Grid Software stakeholders.
Coordinating cross-functional teams across Sales, Delivery, Product Management, Portfolio Management, and R&D.
Ensuring alignment on target architecture, technology roadmap, cybersecurity requirements, and operational objectives.
Shaping customer transformation strategies in partnership with Sales and Account teams, with a particular focus on strategic utility and infrastructure customers.
Preparing the organization for execution through pilot initiatives, capability development, resource planning, and delivery readiness.
Delivering measurable outcomes through the reduction of technical debt, increased adoption of standard platforms, and improved operational efficiency.
