Siemens Energy Transformers in Trento seeks a proactive professional to support daily production activities, drive performance, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and help implement corrective actions to sustain operational flow.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 2–5 years of manufacturing experience, possess strong problem-solving skills, and communicate fluently in Italian and English.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will support daily production activities, monitor performance, and ensure timely escalation of issues to maintain operational flow.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align efforts and ensure smooth operations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare insightful reports, and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our processes.
• Support short-term planning by ensuring alignment between capacity, materials, and schedules to optimize resource utilization.
• Provide structured data, analysis, and coordination support to Manufacturing leadership, empowering informed decision-making.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in the Electrical field.
• You have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations, showcasing your expertise in the field.
• A strong understanding of production processes is essential, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• You possess effective cross-functional communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams.
• You are proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, always striving for excellence in your work.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required, and proficiency in an additional language is a plus.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 35.000 – € 45.000 gross per year.

Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.

Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications.
