Lavorerai a stretto contatto con ingegneri, project manager e colleghi internazionali per analizzare mercati, definire strategie e proporre offerte tecniche e commerciali.

Competenze

• Laurea tecnica o diploma tecnico richiesto, preferibilmente in ambito industriale.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare circa il 10% del tempo.
• Competenza linguistica: italiano e inglese, preferibilmente fluente.

Mansioni

• Analizzare tendenze di mercato e identificare opportunità di business.
• Definire strategie annuali in collaborazione con la rete di vendita regionale.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Analyse market trends and segment opportunities to guide business decisions. You research and identify new business opportunities that fit our company strategy.
• Define yearly strategies in partnership with the regional sales organization.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals, including cost calculations, and tender documentation.
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Support customer meetings, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
• Leverage CRM data and market insights to identify opportunities, support strategic decisions, and drive business growth.

What You Bring

• You’re a recent graduate in a technical field (such as a technical diploma or industrial/management engineering) with a passion to grow and learn in an industrial environment. Previous experience as an internship or 1–2 years in Sales, Business Development or customer services role is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn, with an open mindset and a proactive attitude toward continuous development.
• Strong interest in combining technical knowledge with customer interaction and commercial activities.
• Excellent active listening skills, combined with a positive, can‑do approach in daily tasks.
• Ability to manage activities with short notice, effectively navigating complexity and adapting to changing priorities.
• You are fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• You are available to travel and meet customers or colleagues in different countries (about 10% of your time).

Siemens Energy Transformers, based in Trento, is a key global factory within Siemens Energy and a cornerstone of the MPT (Medium Power Transformers) Europe Cluster. Our focus is on power transformers, which hold a significant presence in both the Italian and various international markets. The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 30.000 – € 50.000 gross per year.

Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.

Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
