Job summary

Pillar is seeking an experienced Growth SEO professional to drive sustainable organic growth across markets. You will own end-to-end SEO initiatives, align content with business goals, and collaborate with product and brand teams to maximize visibility and qualified demos.

You will work on technical SEO, AI-focused content strategies, and scalable landing pages while building authority through digital PR and high-quality backlinks. Milan on-site opportunity with rapid growth expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including crawling, indexing, JavaScript rendering, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience developing content strategies, topic clusters, editorial briefs and calendars.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4 and tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth end to end: keyword research, site architecture, content briefs, internal linking and updates.
• Optimize content for AI‑powered search experiences and AI citations.
• Build scalable pages and tools from regional price lists, labor costs and regulatory deadlines.
• Keep the website technically sound: crawling, indexing, JS rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals with frontend collaboration.
• Turn traffic into qualified opportunities by optimizing CTAs, gated tools and conversion paths.
• Develop digital PR and backlinks with trade publications and industry associations.
