Energy Dome, a fast-growing global company developing long-duration energy storage solutions, is seeking an Office, Travel & Facility Specialist in Milan to manage business travel and support day-to-day office operations. You will coordinate travel in Italy and abroad, handle office services, and improve internal processes while collaborating with HR, Finance and suppliers.

Fluency in Italian and English is required; the role offers a dynamic, international environment with ownership and growth

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in office management, travel management or similar roles.

Mansioni

• Travel management: coordinate domestic and international travel, bookings and costs.
• Office & facility management: oversee office operations, supplies, meeting rooms and services.
• Processes & improvement: document and improve internal travel, office and facility procedures.
