De Nora is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join the Corporate People Development function. You will help define global guidelines, processes, and tools for learning and talent management, supporting Italy and selected global populations.

You will coordinate activities, monitor participation, and maintain learning records while collaborating with HR teams and external providers to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in humanities or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR departments or consulting firms.
• Fluent English.
• Good digital skills including Microsoft Office and experience with learning systems such as SuccessFactors.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, collaboration mindset, and ability to manage priorities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate training activities at corporate level, supporting planning, launch, execution, and follow-up.
• Monitor training participation and prepare learning analytics reports for follow-up and decision making.
• Maintain learning management systems and training records with data quality in mind.
• Support competence assessment and development planning processes with consistent execution.
• Collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, local HR, and external providers.
