Fortidia is seeking an L&D Specialist in Milan to design, implement and measure learner-centered, performance-based solutions across our brands and geographies.

You will bridge strategic design, analytics, and execution, driving a modern AI-enabled learning experience aligned with global business goals. This role reports to the L&D Director and requires Italian/English fluency and 3+ years of L&D experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business or equivalent.
• Excellent mastery of written and spoken Italian and English (C1/C2) is required for global collaboration.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in adult learning or L&D with global exposure.
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models, and evaluation frameworks.

• Strategic Instructional Design: identify global training needs and design blended learning methodologies.
• Global Collaboration: work with L&D managers and partners worldwide to ensure consistent learner experiences.
• Tech & LMS Innovation: shape LMS structure and adopt AI-driven learning tools to boost productivity.
