De Nora is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join the Corporate People Development function. You will help define global guidelines, processes, and tools for learning and talent management, supporting Italy and selected global populations.
You will coordinate activities, monitor participation, and maintain learning records while collaborating with HR teams and external providers to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with business needs.

Within the Corporate People Development function, the Training and Development Specialist in direct report to the People Development Manager, contributes to the definition of global guidelines, processes, and tools for learning, development, and talent management. The function works closely with HR teams across countries, providing guidance and support while local HR teams ensure implementation within their respective organizations. In addition, the role directly supports the delivery, planning, coordination and follow-up of training and development initiatives for Italy and for selected strategic populations at global level, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business needs.
For this position the annual gross salary will be no less than € 34.000
