Technogym is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to develop and execute global training plans, programs, and projects that support our company strategy. You will define and deliver content and tools to build the required competencies in line with our culture and HR strategy.

You will be a key HR team member, supporting management and employees while developing, establishing and maintaining a Training & Development infrastructure for Technogym Academy.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Philosophy, or HR-related studies.
• 3–5 years of experience in training and development.
• Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs.
• Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and LMS platforms (preferably SuccessFactors).
• Effective planning, management, and training/presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong reasoning.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement onboarding, performance, talent management, technical and non-technical training, and e-learning programs.
• Design and deliver global training programs aligned with competency gaps and learning needs.
• Manage HQ induction processes and the training catalog/calendar.
• Monitor and improve KPIs: effectiveness, timing, and budget.
• Drive development of our e-learning platform (SuccessFactors LMS).
• Support Talent Management processes including performance reviews and development plans.
