Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office in Rome seeks a Total Rewards professional to lead compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region. You will drive market pricing, salary structures and annual reviews in collaboration with global teams.

This role requires strong data analysis, policy execution, and cross-functional partnership to support retention and compliant workflows within a matrix organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in compensation or benefits.
• Associate's degree with 4+ years in compensation or benefits.
• High School Diploma with 6+ years in compensation or benefits.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end compensation benchmarking and salary ranges.
• Analyze survey results and market pricing by role.
• Support bi-annual employee data audits and job codes.
• Assist annual review cycle including raises, bonuses, and RSU awards.
• Resolve compensation inquiries via Service Now.
• Collaborate with leadership and COE on compensation policy changes.
