UL Solutions in Italy is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues raised by customers, and to assist during peak times. You will configure the system, collaborate with team members, coach new staff, attend customer meetings, and provide training on existing functionality, supporting multiple products.

Requirements include a degree in IT or related field and at least 3 years in software troubleshooting, with fluent English and willingness

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related technical discipline preferred.
Minimum three years of experience in software troubleshooting or technical support.
Experience interfacing with external customers (global).
Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues raised by customers.
Provide assistance to existing customers at critical times and support multiple products.
Advise customers on maintaining their use and configuration of the software solution(s).
Configure the system per defined requirements using the software UI.
Collaborate with team members on complex issues; coach new hires; participate in brainstorming sessions.
Attend customer meetings and calls; provide training on existing functionality; perform additional duties as needed.
