Technogym in Cesena/Forlì region (Italy) seeks a Talent Development Manager to design and execute global training plans, implement development programs, and lead the annual performance appraisal rollout at the corporate level.

You will define content and tools to build required competencies, align employee growth with HR strategy, and foster continuous learning, development, and succession planning across the organization.

Competenze

• Master’s degree and 10+ years in HR.
• Experience with training, performance and succession processes with global scope.
• Proficient in coaching and mentoring techniques.
• Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS module.
• Fluent Italian and English (C2).

Mansioni

• Design and implement a global talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify skill gaps using surveys and performance data.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops across platforms.
• Lead annual performance appraisal rollout and calibration worldwide.
• Manage external training vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Create career paths and succession plans at HQ and coordinate international projects.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support growth.
• Monitor KPIs: effectiveness, timing, and budget.
