Technogym is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive international recruitment for its subsidiaries. You will partner with HR leaders, secure top talent, and strengthen employer branding in a fast-growing multinational environment.

You will build talent pipelines, engage universities, and contribute to global Talent Attraction initiatives, acting as a Technogym ambassador to boost market presence. 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is preferred.

Competenze

5-7 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment across multinational settings.
Experience building talent pipelines and engaging universities/schools.
Knowledge of selection techniques and recruitment strategies.

Mansioni

Identify recruiting channels and manage end-to-end hiring for junior to senior profiles across functions.
Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to understand talent needs.
Use data-driven insights to set hiring expectations and monitor market trends.
Build external talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding.
Support global Talent Attraction initiatives and act as brand ambassador.
