Technogym is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive international recruitment for its subsidiaries. You will partner with HR leaders, secure top talent, and strengthen employer branding in a fast-growing multinational environment.

You will build talent pipelines, engage universities, and contribute to global Talent Attraction initiatives, acting as a Technogym ambassador to boost market presence. 5-7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience is preferred.

In this role you will drive international talent acquisition for Technogym’s subsidiaries, aligning recruitment with business strategy. You will work closely with HR partners and leaders to secure top talent and strengthen our employer brand. You’ll build and maintain talent pipelines and engage universities and schools for long-term opportunities. You will contribute to global Talent Attraction initiatives and act as a brand ambassador to enhance Technogym’s market presence. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing, multinational environment with a clear focus on people and culture.

• Identify effective recruiting channels and manage end-to-end hiring for junior to senior profiles across multiple functions
• Collaborate with HR business partners and subsidiary leaders to understand short/medium/long-term talent needs
• Use data-driven insights to set and manage hiring expectations in the labor market and recruitment process
• Define strategic initiatives to build external talent pipelines
• Recommend continuous improvement to TA practices, processes, or policies
• Support Hiring Managers on Talent Acquisition processes and practices
• Participate in global projects to support the overall Talent Attraction strategy
• Support development of employer branding and university/school partnerships for long-term opportunities
• Act as a Technogym brand ambassador to increase employer brand awareness in the market
• 5-7 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in multinational and international hiring
• Knowledge of selection techniques, recruitment strategies, channels, and assessment tools
• Expertise in ATS and talent relationship management tools (SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and LinkedIn Advertise
• Business partnership approach and headhunting
• Strong teamwork, listening and influencing abilities

• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
