Technogym is seeking a Talent Development Manager to design and drive a global talent development strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals and building leadership pipelines across the organization.

You will partner with senior leadership to assess needs, create development programs, oversee performance appraisal rollout, and deliver measurable impact at scale, while managing external vendors and ensuring effective learning across platforms.

Competenze

• 10+ years of HR experience with global scope.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and implement global training programs.

Mansioni

• Design and implement a global talent development strategy.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
• Develop and evaluate training programs across platforms.
• Lead annual performance appraisal rollout and calibration process.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate development plans and career paths across HQ and international projects.
• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning and development programs.
